What are these products?
Research-grade reagents (peptides) - Research Use Only. Intended solely for laboratory research, not for human or animal consumption; not a drug or supplement.
How do I pay?
Online payments are handled by Stripe: BLIK and payment card. Card details never touch our store. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
How long is delivery?
1-2 business days, to an InPost parcel locker or by courier to your address in Poland - 15 PLN, free on orders over 100 PLN. We dispatch once the payment is confirmed. We do not currently ship outside Poland.
Do I get a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes - a certificate of analysis (COA) is included with every batch.
Can I return a product?
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Exception: sealed vials of research material cannot be returned once opened (seal broken) - Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order code on the „Track order” page - the status updates automatically. You'll also find the code in the confirmation email. Once the parcel is dispatched, the tracking number appears on the order page and in the shipping email.
Can I order as a business and get an invoice?
Yes - at checkout choose „Company / research institution” and provide the buyer's name, tax number (NIP or EU VAT number) and invoice address. The invoice is issued without VAT, as the seller benefits from the VAT exemption.
Where do product reviews come from?
We only collect reviews from customers with a confirmed purchase - the form requires an order code containing the given product. Every review is checked by our team before publication.
Will you notify me when a product is back in stock?
Yes - on an unavailable product, leave your email in the „Notify me when available” form. We'll send a one-off message once the material is back in stock.
