Q: How long is delivery?

1-2 business days, to an InPost parcel locker or by courier to your address in Poland - 15 PLN, free on orders over 100 PLN. We dispatch once the payment is confirmed. We do not currently ship outside Poland.

Q: Do I get a certificate of analysis (COA)?

Yes - a certificate of analysis (COA) is included with every batch.

Q: Can I order as a business and get an invoice?

Yes - at checkout choose „Company / research institution” and provide the buyer's name, tax number (NIP or EU VAT number) and invoice address. The invoice is issued without VAT, as the seller benefits from the VAT exemption.

Q: Can I return a product?

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Exception: sealed vials of research material cannot be returned once opened (seal broken) - Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Purity of every batch confirmed by a certificate of analysis - we publish the COA figures before you buy. Pay by BLIK or card.
